Get your order within a few business days when all items are in stock! If items are not in stock and need to be ordered in, it may take a few extra days.

Canpar Courier Service

At MedProDirect, we ship our items via Canpar Courier. Orders will typically arrive within 1-3 business days after being picked from our warehouse. Depending on your location, delivery may take longer.

Picking-Up at MedProDirect Office

Ontario customers are welcome to pick up their orders at our MedProDirect Office located at 6681 Excelsior Court in Mississauga, ON. Orders are typically ready the same day for pick-up depending on when the order is received. You will be notified by phone when your order is available for pick up!

What If I’m Not Home?

In most urban areas, Canpar will make 1 drop off attempt as there are pick up locations available. They will then hold the package at their depot for pick-up, for up to 5 business days.

However, if the area for residential delivery does not have a pick-up point, Canpar will make 2 delivery attempts on consecutive business days. They will then hold the package at their depot for pick-up, for up to 5 business days.

For business locations, Canpar will attempt 3 deliveries on consecutive business days and then hold the package at their depot for pick-up, for up to 5 business days.

If you reside in a condo or apartment, the package must be signed for. If you live in a house, you may select the option of “NSR” (No Signature Required) as long as it can be left in a secure location.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. MedProDirect is not responsible for any orders that have an incorrect address. If your order gets returned to us, we will contact you a second time to confirm the address and reship your order, in which you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns of any products regardless of whether or not they have been unopened. This is for sanitary reasons. This also includes products that have been altered by the manufacturer.
